The World Fantasy Sports League is not affiliated or endorsed by any Professional Teams or any player’s in any of our contest games. Such as the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), National Basketball Association (NBA), National Hockey League (NHL) or Professional Golfers Association (PGA) ETC.  

1. GAME OF SKILL: The Contest is a game of skill, in which participants use their knowledge of the contest they selected, and the skills and strategies surrounding the rules governing the Contest, to compete against other participants. Winners are determined by the objective criteria spell out in the published rules.
   
   
2. ELIGIBILITY: World Fantasy Sports League is a contest of skill and is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are eighteen (18) years (except Alabama and Nebraska (19) and Mississippi (21) or older as of the date of entry, and are registered members of World Fantasy sports league. Residents of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, and Vermont are not eligible to participate in any of our pay games. However residents of all 50 states are invited to play in our free games if you meet the age requirements above.
   
   
3. Employees of (i) World Fantasy Sports League or its sponsor company (SLsports.), or (ii) any entity directly connected with the development, implementation or marketing of this contest, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible. This Contest is void in all U.S. Territories (e.g., Guam and Puerto Rico) and where prohibited by law. The Contest may not be used in connection with any form of gambling or the promotion of gambling.
   
   
4. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST: The Contest is a skill based competition designed to reward persons who most successfully demonstrate their knowledge of the Specified contest and its players by selecting the most successful fantasy Team. The Contest will be conducted in different installments and prizes will be awarded upon completion of that contest. Entrants are only eligible for a prize if they purchased and entered a fantasy Team for the duration of that contest. Membership fees will not be automatically rolled over from week to week. A ten dollar ($10.00) weekly entry fee will be charged for the first team. The second team selected would be an additional five dollar ($5.00) weekly entry fee, the third team selected would be also an additional five dollar ($5.00) weekly entry fee, and the fourth team would be also an additional five dollar ($5.00) weekly fee, total for 4 teams $25.00. If the forth team is selected, the fifth team would be FREE up to 16 teams with 4 free. A participant only has to purchase one first team to be eligible for a prize during the contest period.
   
   
5. ACCEPT OFFICIAL RULES: Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (the " Official Rules") and to Sponsor's (defined herein) decisions. The decisions of the Sponsor in regards to all matters of this Contest of Skill are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
   
   
6. REFERRALS. As a registered member of World Fantasy sports league every person that you refer* over, you will receive a $10.00 visa card. There is no limit on how many people that you can refer. * Please note the person(s) that you have referred over must sign up and use both your full name and play a minimum of 2 weeks of any contest. Once both requirements have been met, then your referral bonus will be sent.
   
   
7. HOW TO ENTER
1. Enter Online. Log on to your account and complete your entry by the start of the contest period. Your team will not be entered until you click on "purchase team" .
   
   
2. Limit ONE (1)ACCOUNT CONSISTING OF A MAXIMUM OF (20)TEAMS PER EMAIL ADDRESS, PER CONTEST PERIOD REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS).
   
   
3. Change of Email Address. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor during the Contest Period if his or her e-mail address changes. To do so, click on the "my account" link on your login page, then click on Change Account Information and follow the instructions.
   
   
4. Refunds of Entries. NO REFUND will be issued once you have entered a team(s) into a Contest.
   
   
5. Winners . All Prizes will be mailed to the confirm address supplied to Sponsor. Winners of prizes of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or more will be required to supply additional information for tax purposes within fifteen (15) days of receiving forms. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification. Winners may also be required to submit affidavits and releases. In Sponsor's sole discretion, winners at any level may be required to submit valid identification before a prize will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for a Prize that is declined or undeliverable, or for any Prize or Prize notification that is returned and undeliverable or if the winner fails to timely return the abovementioned documentation.
   
   
6. Taxes. All federal, state or other tax liabilities arising from this Contest are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 Form will be sent to all participants that received a prize of six hundred dollars ($600.00) or more at the end of the calendar year.
   
   
8. POTENTIAL WINNERS
   1. Verification. All potential winning players are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Sponsor shall solely determine any form of verification. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning entry has been verified. Sponsor will not accept screen shots, affidavits or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason may be deemed a defective entry and void.
      
      
   2. Prize Restrictions. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize is permitted.
      
      
   3. Prize Taxes. All federal, state or other tax liabilities arising from this Contest are the sole responsibility of the winner.
      
      
   4. "Prize Notice" via Email or Mail. Winners will be notified via email approximately 24-48 hours following the end of the Contest Period. Entrants are responsible for insuring that all mailing and e-mail information is up-to-date and accurate.
      
      
   5. Alternate Potential Winners; Disqualification. A potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected (i.e., the person with the next most points) if (i) he/she does not comply with these Official Rules (or is otherwise determined to be ineligible), (ii) he/she does not respond to the prize notice within thirty (30) days of its transmission, or if the emailed prize notice, after three (3) attempts, is returned as undeliverable, or (iii) the prize is undeliverable for any reason. If Sponsor notifies, or seeks to deliver a prize to or otherwise attempts to contact an alternate potential winner, and such alternate potential winner is subsequently disqualified then Sponsor shall use its reasonable business judgment to determine, in its sole discretion, the disposition of the prize (e.g., may choose another alternate potential winner in a manner consistent with these rules or donate the prize to another entity, at it's sole discretion).
      
      
   6. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in this Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor and its or their agents' use of winner's name and biographical information for publicity, advertising or promotional purposes in any media or manner, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval.
      
      
9. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
   1. Conduct. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may lock out an entrant who, in Sponsor's sole judgment, has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility or is otherwise ineligible to enter. CAUTION: A PERSON WHO ATTEMPTS DELIBERATELY TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR TO ALTER OR DAMAGE A WEBSITE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PENALTIES AND FINES; AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
      
      
   2. Changing of team name. Sponsor reserves the right to request the participant to change his/her team name, if the Sponsor deems the team name to be offensive. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disqualification.
      
      
   3. Incidents. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Contest if, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, an incident of any kind occurs to corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or play (as intended) of the Contest, including without limitation: (a) viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or technical failure; or (b) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God; or (c) labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared).
      
      
10. GAMBLING PROHIBITION: This Promotion is strictly for entertainment purposes and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling .
    
    
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Promotion; (2) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including without limitation malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (3) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses other security breaches; (4) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (5) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Promotion; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion, access to, copying or downloading materials from ESPN.com or any other website, or receipt or use of any prize.
    
    
12. DISPUTES. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.
